1、门店管理运营:
- 店长需要全面负责门店的日常运营和管理,管理好门店商品的售卖数据和库存,确保门店处于良好的运作状态。
- 制定并执行门店的规章制度,传达和执行公司的战略方针,以及确保门店的各项指标如销售、利润及费用控制目标的达成。
2、客户关系管理:
- 建立和维护与海外新加坡,马来西亚客户的长期合作关系,定期回访顾客,了解其需求和建议,提供解决方案和增值服务,确保客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 处理顾客的投诉和纠纷,确保顾客问题得到及时解决,维护公司的良好形象。
3、协助专家开课:
- 对接开课现场事宜,包括会场布置、人员协调等。
- 负责总部专家老师出差新加坡的接送、吃住等事宜安排。
4、业绩评估与报告:
- 定期评估销售业绩,分析销售数据,提出改进建议。
- 撰写销售报告,向公司高层汇报销售进展和市场动态。
5、其他:
- 协助总部财务处理现金存放。
