We are looking for a Localization Manager to help lead our efforts in creating seamless user experiences across different languages and regions, beginning with Chinese-to-English localization.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Localization Manager who is fluent in both Chinese and English to lead our localization initiatives. In this role, you will drive the localization of product content, including UI, marketing materials, and in-app text, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and UX/UI teams to ensure that the localized content aligns with the product’s goals and resonates with target audiences.

You will also manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring that localizations into other languages meet quality and deadline requirements, enabling RhinoX Mobile’s products to succeed in multiple markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Chinese-to-English Localization**:Manage all localization activities from Chinese to English, ensuring that product content is linguistically accurate and culturally appropriate for English-speaking markets.
- **Vendor Management**:Oversee external vendors for localizations from English into other languages, ensuring that deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Partner with product, UX/UI, marketing, and other teams to ensure that localized content is aligned with product goals and meets the expectations of regional users.
- **Localization Strategy and Workflow**:Develop and refine localization workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability as RhinoX Mobile expands to more regions.
- **Support Global Expansion**:Help shape the localization strategy for future growth, ensuring readiness for new markets and languages.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Accurate and culturally relevant Chinese-to-English localization of all product content.
- Effective management of external vendors for multi-language localization.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of localization into product launches and marketing efforts.
- Continuous improvement of localization processes for greater efficiency and scalability.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**:Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential for managing localization projects.
- **Localization Experience**:3+ years of experience in localization, especially for digital products or mobile apps.
- **Vendor Management**:Experience managing external localization vendors, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Ability to work closely with product, UX/UI, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful localization.
- **Process Improvement**:Strong organizational skills with the ability to optimize localization workflows.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across time zones within a global team.
