The role in a nutshell:

- Due to our expansion, we are seeking for a Local Market Team Leader, APAC to join the busy and growing Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) TeamThe Local Market Team Leader, APAC will be a key role in ensuring that our Local Market Team of consultants across APAC delivers an exceptional experience for our GEO employees and clients. As the Team Lead you will be responsible for a team 9 - 12 Local Market Consultants across APAC.

This exciting role will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and motivating a team. You will be there to encourage colleagues to work together and ensure they’re delivering great customer service. You’ll organize and delegate workload to ensure deliverables met.

How you will make a difference:

- Work closely with the HR Services Team Manager, APAC.
- Overseeing the day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
- Providing high quality and compliant GEO services to Safeguard’s global clients and workers.
- Support the monthly payroll life cycle, funding/billing processes, and yearly payroll calendar process ensuring accuracy and that payments are requested/received promptly.
- Providing quality customer service, including interacting, and managing worker enquiries and expectations and effectively handling escalations.
- Managing a varied workload, including internal and external meetings, regular reporting and assisting with team queries

- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the HR or Payroll environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and client-serviced oriented.
- Experience with mobility and servicing clients preferred.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Meticulous & detailed and able to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
