As we accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a creative and driven _Senior Specialist, Marketing & Branding_ to join our local team and shape how millions experience micromobility in Singapore.

**What You’ll Do**
As a Senior Specialist in Marketing & Branding, you will take the lead in crafting and executing marketing strategies that build HelloRide's brand presence and drive business outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, product, partnerships) and report to the Marketing Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute HelloRide Singapore’s end-to-end marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, on-ground activations, PR, and partnership marketing.
- Own the brand narrative and visual identity across all user touchpoints.
- Lead the production of marketing content (social media, in-app assets, print, video, etc.), ensuring local relevance and brand consistency.
- Analyze performance of campaigns and brand health metrics; derive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with regional/global brand teams to ensure alignment while localizing messaging for Singapore’s market.
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and seasonal campaigns with compelling go-to-market plans.
- Engage and grow our community of riders via social platforms and community-based activations.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep HelloRide ahead of the curve.

**Who You Are**
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or integrated marketing roles, preferably in a tech, mobility, or consumer lifestyle brand.
- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns (paid and organic) that drove brand and user growth.
- Proficiency in content creation, campaign execution, and digital analytics.
- Able to work independently with a test-and-learn mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a good design eye and a strong pulse on youth and urban culture in Singapore.
- Experience working with media agencies, designers, influencers, and internal teams.
- Bonus: Experience with Chinese platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu) and/or community marketing.
