DESIGNATION : Social Media Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Oversee and manage company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan, schedule, and post content to engage the target audience and enhance brand visibility.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop and curate high-quality text, image, and video content tailored to our audience.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to produce engaging campaigns.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit videos for social media using tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to the target audience.

**Community Engagement**:

- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a strong online community through meaningful conversations and engagement strategies.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare reports and use data insights to optimise strategies and content performance.

**Travel Requirement**:

- Be willing to travel for events, on-site shoots, or client meetings as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Creative thinking and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience (internship or freelance) in social media management is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Open to occasional travel
