**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
Sourcing of Agent and/or Institution Partners
- Identify and develop new and potential partners/agents/markets to achieve and exceeding sales targets
- Develop and grow sales pipelines to produce successful business outcomes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research, strategise and execute marketing campaigns to drive student recruitment numbers
- Participate in roadshows, career fairs and programme previews
- Work alongside with various departments and the Management to achieve individual and overall team enrolment targets
Monitor and analyse sales/financials and business development activity against goals.
- Explore, define and lead student recruitment opportunities in conjunction with long term corporate strategic plans
- Prepare and liaise business and financial models for discussion with potential business partners.
- Sustain and strengthen strategic relationship with institution partners / collaboration partners to grow the business.
Market analysis
- Assess and propose business opportunities (new products, new partners, new market, new revenue source etc.)
- Assess viability - model, financial aspect (costing)
- Find out how we compare to the competition
- Assess current and future drivers and restraints
- Assess required resources
Prepares itineraries, agendas and income/expenditure reports
- Link up with inter-department - academics, sales & marketing, operations, quality assurance etc for roll out procedures of new products / new business collaboration
- Adhere to approved budget and financial policies of the Company.
- Ensure compliance with auditing, quality assurance and risk management procedures including collating and preparing reports and reviewing and mitigating risk.
- Ensure compliance with the Private Education Act, the Private Education Regulations, PQAC Compliance, SSG/WSG/CIR Compliance and all other relevant legal and regulatory requirements including full compliance with Edutrust requirements.
- Represent the Company and engage with government, industry professional bodies, associations and other third parties.
- Provide regular and timely reports and feedback to the Management and relevant stakeholders.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related major
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate sales, with proven success record in sales
- Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player
- Good analytical, organizational and personal skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
