We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event and Partnerships Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic events and partnerships. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and collaborators.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Event Strategies and Management**
- Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events (e.g., conferences, product launches, networking sessions, internal events).
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.

**Partnership Development**
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to activate and optimize partnerships.
- Serve as the main liaison with partners to co-create and execute branded activations.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with marketing, communications, front-office teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract management and budget approvals.
- Support business development initiatives through partner engagement and event platforms.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event management, partnership development, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong vendor and partner management skills
- Confidence in client-facing settings
- Experience engaging with affluent or accredited-investor segments preferred.
