Here is an opportunity to be part of their dynamic HR team as Senior HR Executive:
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Full spectrum of HR Operations and Administration
- Full spectrum of payroll functions including regular CPF and IRAs preparations and submissions.
- Submit monthly HR reports to Group Head of HR (training costs data and analysis, manpower costs vs budget, annual staff benefits budget, costs per hire, etc.)
- Maintain HRIS and ensure employee records are updated regularly
- Conduct induction for new employees as well as exit clearance of resignees
- Provide full support for performance appraisal and management, increment and bonus payment
- Responsible for all work pass matters as well as purchase of security bonds
- Responsible for leave administration
- Responsible for all Company’s insurances such as Workmen Injury Compensation, Hospital & Surgery, Public Liability, etc
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, includes handling foreign employees’ work passes, accommodation/transport
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years' HR operation support experience, preferably in multinational companies;
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English;
- Well-versed with MOM and key government rules and regulations;
- Highly proficient in MS Office, HRIS and various IT tools to gather / organise data and present information
- Additional professional HR credentials are advantageous (eg: IHRP, SHRM, CIPD, ACLP, or similar)
