**Responsibilities**:
**1) Talent Acquisition**
**2) Payroll, Claims, Compensation and Benefits**:
- Formulate, communicate and implement HR policies to employees
- Monitor and implement performance KPIs with respective department leads
- Preparing timely distribution of salaries, commission, bonuses
- Process and ensure timely payout of employees’ expenses claims
- Ensure statutory compliances and timely filing of employees’ income tax (Form IR8A)
- Ensure timely submission of relevant claims with the respective government agencies (e.g NS Make-up Claims, Government-paid Leaves)
**3) Team Building**:
- Initiating and organising company team building activities
- Engaging with employees on regular basis to understand motivation levels and difficulties
**4) Manpower Function**:
- Maintaining and regularly updating the HR system, ensuring that employees’ personal information is up to date.
- Manage on-boarding and exit processes, including preparing employees offer letters and confirmation
- Conducting new employee orientation and facilitating joining formalities
- Keep abreast of all legal requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws
**Skills and Experience required**:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Hands-on personality with initiative, confidence and able to communicate effectively
- Meticulous and able to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
