Singapore IT CONSULTANCY & SERVICES PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for attending project meetings, accurately documenting discussions, decisions, and action items, and ensuring timely distribution of minutes.
- Responsible for general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, document preparation/filing, records management, etc.
- Monitor the projects’ budget and billing process which includes monthly budget forecast, supporting on finance queries (internal and external) and billing to customer etc
- Support the internal teams on procurement matters, and collaborate with Procurement Department to collate and ensure proper documentation within the purchase requisition
- Engage Finance Department on all expenses and financial matters such as expense claims, processing of invoices, payments, etc

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent in a related discipline with minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Prior work experience in an IT organisation or environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent grammar, clarity, and ability to summarize discussions accurately.
- Efficiently in managing multiple meetings, deadlines and documentation.
- Capable of building good working relationships at all levels, and comfortable working with members of Senior ManagementGood interpersonal and communication skills for working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
