
Commercial Development Manager

We are recruiting a Commercial Development Manager, with flexible location between Singapore, Sydney, Manila or Bangkok, on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will support the expansion of our FAB Ready to Drink (aRTD) portfolio across the Southeast Asia and South Pacific region, launching products into multiple new markets.
Key priorities will include:
- Lead the development of integrated Commercial Strategies and Plans that are designed in a customer-back and consumer-centric way with focus on Emerging Brands (aRTDs and Adult & Premium Sparkling Drinks)
- Consolidate shopper, channel and customer insights to input into the development of the Emerging Brands’ strategy in order to increase value of their deliverables to accelerate growth in a networked approach. Identify execution opportunity areas, highlighting them with Franchise Bottler network and other Route to Market partners with the objective to elevate our system capability.
- Optimize our System execution across channels in close collaboration with the Franchise, Frontline Commercial and Marketing Teams and our Franchise Bottlers and other Distribution Partners based on strong understanding of execution levers and how to optimize desired outcomes (availability, number and type of adjacencies, rate of sale, strike rate, equipment placement)
- Develop strong shopper, commercial and customer-relevance marketing programs to drive customer and consumer interest into drive incidence. Including POSM (temporary and permanent), Outlet Activation, Event Activation, 3rd Space Activation, Customer Team Engagement. Develop the ‘customer stories’ that will help sales teams successfully sell these initiatives to customers.
- Define key execution and performance metrics for opportunity identification at scale and initiatives tracking, to understand optimization potential for our PicoS per channel and turn into specific action plans; initiative interventions to accelerate growth highlighting them with Franchise teams, Bottlers, in a solution-oriented way with the objective to elevate our system capability.
Experience required:
- Brand, Trade, Customer or Channel Marketing experience in alcohol categories (beer or alcoholic ready to drink) in one or more ASEAN / SOUTH PACIFIC markets.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Planning, Commercial Execution, Trade Marketing, with exposure to Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management (Pricing) ‘RGM’, Channel Segmentation, Digital, Value To Market ‘VTM’, Innovation and Portfolio strategy
- Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills
