
Customer and Commercial IT Leader, Apac

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Customer and Commercial IT Leader, APAC to work in Singapore to partner with our system bottlers and external development partners to deliver scaled business value through the implementation of digital product solutions and services across APAC markets. He will manage a team of product managers to collect requirements and design, manage and supervise solution build and track end to end product performance to ensure our solutions provide measurable business value and strengthen capabilities in the Coca-Cola System.
**What You’ll Do for Us**
The key responsibilities are:
- Set the product portfolio strategy for Customer and Commercial IT solutions in APAC. This includes iRED, RGM, Digital Shelf, and Coke & Go.
- Liaise with senior leaders in Operating Units and Bottlers to ensure solution design and planned deliverables are aligned with expectations and role sort is clear
- Communicate clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders on the product objectives, use cases and roadmap plans and status
- Lead a team of project managers to plan and execute projects according to TCCC project management methodology (Agile), meeting agreed scope, timeline, budget and adoption goals.
- Set the cadence for the team to follow IT Governance framework including project management rigor, operational excellence and communications.
- Ensure compliance with TCCC global processes, global development and security standards.
- Lead the eB2B solution migration from existing platform to new solution to be identified.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent required
- 15+ years of IT leadership / management experience
- Experience working in multinational companies with regional, cross-functional teams is a must.
- Have completed at least one full project lifecycle of eCommerce solution.
- Program management, risk management and business analysis
- Data, Digital or IT Product Management and Agile/ DevOps
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record in piloting and scaling IT innovation
- Strategic thinking
- Proven analytical skills - can process information quickly to drive decisions in a timely manner
- Stakeholder Management experience to senior executive levels
- Comfort in holding team members accountable for achieving their goals
- Leads by example, creates a sense of urgency, energy and ownership
- Strong sense of self
- awareness, can relate well, learn quickly and adapt to changes in fast paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
