What we want you to do...
- Develop learning materials across various initiatives such as onboarding and talent development program
- Engage external vendors and manage internal stakeholders, to support strategic learning and development initiatives
- Coordinate learning initiatives before, during and after implementation
- Curate online learning content and providers to support regional talent development
- Research on talent management initiatives to drive talent engagement and retention
- Develop visual communication materials and coordinate launches for employee engagement initiatives
