Department People- LevelInternship- LocationSingaporeThe People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Support the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programmes, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training)
- Craft newsletters and maintains communications channels with programme participants
- Conduct data analysis and/or prepare reports on training effectiveness and impact
- Involve in learning design, conduct research and generate insights for the development of learning materials for learning programmes (e.g. case studies)
- Manage day-to-day Learning & Development administration and operations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time
- Detail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environment
- Possesses a can-do spirit
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Have experience in working with adobe illustrator or visual design would be a plus
- Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer)
