**About our group**:
Global Learning and Development is part of Seagate Human Resources organization that manages overall talent development initiatives and projects at local, regional and global scope. We work closely with HR Business Partners and internal customers to understand their development plan and needs. We provide consultation, top talent development and training programs by both internal teams and external vendors.

**About the role - you will**:

- Play a team members role for team projects and perform assigned tasks to support the project management such as administration and logistics arrangement for training sessions.
- responsible for managing training systems and related infrastructure including update and provide regular training reports, update status and information.
- Manage training records in Seagate Learning platform per assignments
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders related to assigned tasks to ensure tasks completion and meet quality standards
- Be assigned additional tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department and company goals

**About you**:

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Open-minded and good attitude
- Good at data analytical skills, MS Office
- Fluent in English

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available. Being a purpose built building, The Shugart has excellent employee recreational facilities. Take an active break at our badminton courts, table tennis tables, in-house gym and recreation rooms. Our yoga and zumba classes are very popular. We also offer classes and interest groups in photography, gardening and foreign languages, and have various on-site celebrations, and community volunteer opportunities.
