**Roles Responsibilities**
This position reports to the Director and interfaces with Organisation managers and Clients. Organisation TCM SG PTE. **Specific Responsibilities**
Individual to be involved in:
1. Plan, direct and coordinate the financial and administrative operations of an the company.
2. Assess the financial situation of the company, preparing budgets and overseeing financial operations
3. Consult efficiently with the stakeholders and with managers of other departments to ensure a smooth operation of the company.
4. Establish and manage budgets, control expenditure and ensure the efficient use of resources
5. Develop and implement administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the company
6. Represent the company in dealings with clients in a professional manner.
**Technical Skills and Competencies**
1. To learn how to manage the company's operation and administration
2. To learn how to assess and prepare the financial status of the company.
3. To learn how to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
4. To learn how to allocate resource efficently
5. To learn how to set guidelines relevant to the company
6. To learn how to represent the company in a professoinal manner and proper way of dealings with client.
