**Job Summary**:We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented leader As the Head of Offline Sales for Sterra, you will work directly with the Directors & Chief of staff to lead and manage the brand’s offline sales strategy. You will be developing and executing on offline sales strategy to drive growth and profitability. You will build a high performing sales team through hiring, training and leading. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to effectively meet the company's strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit and growth targets.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Determining the go-to strategy and comprehensive plan for Sterra products sales to achieve the business goals.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s sales operations, including recruitment and training of new staff members and creating performance metrics for individual sales representatives
- Building a high performing sales teams through mentorship, coaching and guidance and training
- Developing structured offline sales strategies, sales plans, and profit targets
- Review and develop policies, SOPs for the Sales department.
- Deliver individual and team targets - annual revenue and gross profit targets
- Own the P&L for sales team
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
**Qualifications and skills required**:
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply.
- Bachelor’s degree with Honors from local universities
- 3-5 years of extensive offline Sales experience from ecommerce or startup background
- Strategic Sales expert
- You have strong leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams ground up and guiding them towards disciplined execution in order to achieve sales objectives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- You have strong problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment.
