Accelerating and cementing the results of personal training are three more disciplines of services: nutrition, recovery, and mental strength training.

First, we augment sustainable body transformation with science-based, calorie-controlled healthy meals designed by our certified nutritionists and prepared by our world-class chefs.

Second, our knowledgeable and experienced therapists offer recovery therapy that speeds up the healing of old injuries, prevents new injuries, and supercharges the muscles post-workout.

Third, we offer mental strength training in the form of interdisciplinary physical and mental workouts such as yoga, pilates, and mindfulness classes. These exercises train clients’ concentration and willpower, in turn enabling them to achieve better performance during their training.

We are looking for a Head of Sales who has experience in the fitness industry to run the sales for our two facilities in Alexandra and Cecil. This position will have a huge scope of growth as we explore additional locations and build a fully functional and operational sales department.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of fitness-related sales
- 3+ years of on the gym floor personal training experience
- Built corporate partnerships
- Have experience building sales pipelines
- Have experience in building a team
- Worked in a smart and fast manner to achieve and then exceed targets
- Must be a self starter and motivator

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing the client experience to deliver exceptional service from start to finish
- Work with the CEO and General Manager to achieve targets
- Create marketing campaigns to create awareness and boost sales
- Develop and manage strategic corporate partnerships to grow the business both on and offline
- Identify and hunt for new opportunities within the market in order to boost weekly personal training sessions
