Our client is an established Global Technology Integrator with strong presence across Asia, Middle East and Western Countries. We are assisting them in the search for a Compliance Manager expert in Corporate Governance, Risk, Regulatory and Legal Risk.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the strategy and implementation of corporate governance, risk and compliance programme that will serve to identify internal controls integrity and strength of ability in-accordance to legal requirements.
- Will be the point contact in developing protocols in risk review assessments for Corporate policies, procedures and processes.
- Will take on leadership role in managing a direct team both in-country and overseas.

**Position Requirements**:

- Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Legal or the equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Compliance, Operational Risk Control and/or Audit background with strong understanding with PDPA principles.
- Management experience and engaging with top / senior level stakeholders to explain and get the buy-in of such protocols.
- Strong computer proficiency, leadership skills, mentoring and staff management.
