**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting large messaging environments within an MNC environment
- Experience with Office 365/Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (on-prem & Azure) in an enterprise environment, and familiar with various messaging environment (on-prem, cloud and hybrid) including in depth familiarity with Windows Server (2016/2019), Relying Party Trust and related technologies.
- Experience in project management
- Ability to maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends - particularly with regards to accessibility, usability, and related emerging collaborations technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in putting together documentation (e.g., instructional & technical specifications), Scripts samples and tutorials for enterprise and community users

**Education Minimum Requirement**:
MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Adept in architecting technical solutions
- Ability to author high quality technical documents
- Exchange Online/On-Premises Exchange 2016 or later
- Powershell Script
- Mailbox Management
- Distribution & Offce365 group management
- Outlook Apps integration
- Basic understanding of DNS, Network firewall & Load balancer
