Key Responsibilities Cloud & Infrastructure Management Lead administration and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.). Implement best practices for cloud security, performance, and cost management. Integrate and manage hybrid infrastructure combining on-prem and cloud systems. Work with 3rd party vendor to operate our multi‐cloud infrastructure with Azure, 0365 and AWS. On‐Premises Server Management Oversee operations of Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print, WSUS). Perform patching, backup, capacity planning, and disaster recovery management. Ensure server infrastructure is highly available, secure, and compliant. Networking & Security Manage and troubleshoot networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls). Support LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewall policies. Work with information security teams to enforce network hardening, monitoring, and compliance. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and OEMs. Oversee contracts, SLAs, and service escalations. Ensure vendor services are aligned with business and compliance requirements. Develop infrastructure roadmaps, policies, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, MAS TRM, etc.). Drive effective incident, problem, and change management processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 6-8 years of IT Infrastructure experience Strong hands‐on experience with: AWS Cloud services, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Networking devices and firewall support (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.). Demonstrated ability in hybrid (cloud + on‐premises) infrastructure management. Proven vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience. Strong knowledge of ITIL -based operations and incident/problem/change processes.
