**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead product teams that build, develop and launch digital first products that are currently in the pipeline
- Iterate mobile/ web journeys and overall customer journey, experience of existing products e.g. Singlife account, Singlife card
- Build value added hooks/ services that expand Singlife’s value proposition to our customers and drive digital usage and engagement
- Support product marketing e.g. cross-sell/ upsell of digital first solutions, related bundles and propositions via mobile/ web platforms
- Support development and digitalization of digital products e.g. insurance etc.

**Experience**
- Broad experience in product management, preferably in startup/ entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in end to end product ideation, development and delivery
- Experience in direct to consumer products in any sub-segment within the wider fintech umbrella
- Experience in building engaging mobile interfaces, journeys and services that create value and hooks for customer engagement
- Experience in leading product team to embed marketing opportunities in customer facing portals (App/ web)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and experienced in building and managing a team

**Education**
- Academic: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Professional Certification(s): N/A
- Complete Fit & Proper assessments successfully on an annual basis at minimum, or when other adjunct appointments are made _. _
