**Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance and/or support for any IT related issues
- Being present and available to clients requiring any IT related technical assistance
- Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment
- Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately logging all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software
- Attend all Service Desk training sessions. Be familiar with Service Desk policies and services
