About the Role

Join our dynamic IT Service Desk team and be the first point of contact for technical support in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by diagnosing and resolving system issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining service excellence.

Location: Chua Chu Kang / Paya Lebar

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (5 days/week, including weekends & public holidays)

Availability: Immediate or 1 Month

Clearance: Security Clearance Cat 2a & Background Check required

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for laptop/desktop and Microsoft system-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly and professionally.
  • Handle service requests, incidents, and inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Document all cases accurately within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all end-users.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Service Desk Agent

Strong troubleshooting skills in laptop/desktop issues

Good understanding of Microsoft OS, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work rotating shifts (not 12-hour shifts)

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
