Job Summary:

  • Working Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm or 1:00pm–10:00pm (rotating shifts)
  • Workdays: 5 days/week (including weekends & public holidays)
  • Salary: $2,500–$3,000 (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Performance bonus (up to 6 months), From 18 days annual leave, Group hospitalization & surgical coverage for self, spouse, and children

Job Descriptions:

  1. Oversee daily service counter operations
  2. Ensure high service standards and excellent customer experience
  3. Assist shoppers and handle customer enquiries
  4. Support mall promotions and activities, including gift redemptions
  5. Work with the Marketing Manager to support mall campaigns

Requirements:

  • Min O levels and above
  • 2 years related experiences will be an advantage
