**About the Role**

As a Social Media Manager, you are responsible for developing strategies to increase followers, creating and overseeing social campaigns, producing content and reviewing analytics. You will also be leading the community management team together with the PR and Branding Director, with the assistance of community managers on Discord and Telegram.

**Responsibilities**
- Using social media tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Interacting with audiences via the company’s social media accounts
- Analysing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s branding and marketing activities
- Utilize statics and analytics tools available on various social media platforms to measure performance and derive strategies
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

**Skills**
- Proficient in using social media platforms primarily Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, as well as Telegram and Discord
- Great verbal and written communication skills, so you can interact with writers, designers, video editors and audiences and report to management
- Creativity in crafting engaging content and able to constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people
- Good research skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools
- Excellent time management to meet deadlines
- Knowledge in the Play-and-Earn, NFT or blockchain industry is a plus
