Achievement of Sales & Orders, Profit and Strategic objectives for the assigned regions
To provide strategy, vision & actions plan to increase the loyalty and sales of the ASEAN customers for Company products & Solutions
To actively participate & contribute towards the completion of Country Growth Plan
Expand new customers, SI and distribution network for ASEAN market
To conduct monthly review with distributions for early project detection & opportunity for the regions
Debt Monitoring & Collections
Engage in active sales visit with distributors, consultant, SI, Panel Builder and End User
Market studies and feedbacks to HQ in Japan ( Market Information, Competition & Pricing, Customer behaviour & Market Values )

**Requirements**:
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in product support for pre-sales and post-sales to Distributors, OEM, Consultants and End Users
Able to travel within ASEAN regions
