**About the team**
Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Agency Acquisition and Partnerships**:
- Identify and target potential insurance agencies for partnership to expand our medical concierge and other medical services portfolio with agents/agencies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to secure new agency partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target agencies, including agency owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to meet the unique needs of each agency partner.
- **Negotiation and Contracting**
- Lead negotiations with prospective agency partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our medical services.
- Structure agreements, contracts, and partnership terms that align with our strategic objectives and compliance standards.
- **Agency Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners and their agents, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to agency partners, their agents and clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of medical services to agency partners and their clients.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of agency partnerships.
- Regularly analyze partnership performance and generate insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize partnership outcomes.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and preferences of potential agency partners and their clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
- Minimum of 7 - 9 years of experience ideally in sales or relevant roles.
- Experience within insurance companies managing agencies and/or agents will be considered favorably.
- Proven track record of successfully managing agency partnerships or have strong agency contacts at the C-suite level of these agencies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Hunter mindset to meet with agency partners and attend industry events within Singapore.
