We have an elite team of entrepreneurs and technologists who share the same passion and pursue continuous excellence in their work. **Data Team Introduction** "The data team can be considered the lifeblood of the autonomous driving system, providing nourishment to various modules of autonomous driving and closely integrating them." The main responsibility of the data team is to establish a complete data loop for autonomous driving, which includes data collection, data upload, data platform construction, data indexing, data annotation, and model training. This full loop accelerates the iteration speed of autonomous driving algorithms. Additionally, the data team has developed various data analysis and processing toolchains to comprehensively build an enterprise-level big data platform. - Responsible for developing domestic and international clients for AI data services, implementing and fulfilling the annual business plan, and accountable for business objectives and performance metrics; - Independently complete business negotiations and pre-sales stage communications, plan and execute the cooperation project plan and schedule, and manage all business matters including negotiating contract terms and signing contracts; - Maintain good customer relationships, visit customers regularly, follow up on project progress timely, and grasp customer needs and project situations; - Deeply understand the various needs of data business partners, design external cooperation strategies for the data business ecosystem; internally coordinate resources from product, operations, and other teams to optimize the business cooperation process and promote efficient project implementation; - Follow up with the latest industry trends, collect and organize customer and market information within the industry, identify opportunities and generate reports to provide a basis for decision-making. **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of business experience in the artificial intelligence industry, priority given to those with experience in data collection and annotation services, and successful sales and bidding experience in large projects exceeding one million; - Understand the field of data collection and annotation, familiar with the cooperation models of related industries, and possess strong business development and coordination capabilities; - Clear logic, responsible, proactive, strong stress resistance, capable of independently completing difficult tasks; - Results-oriented, good at communication, and possessing good negotiation skills.
