Associate (Shared Services), a star Graduate Academy

A*GA supports top-class education at both local and overseas universities/ institutions to help passionate individuals realise their full potential. We also identify budding scientific talents through extensive outreach programmes and internships to nurture them into future scientific talents.
This role is under the Shared Services (SS) branch, which is a centralized hub to support administrative and operational requirements for scholarships, awards and internships.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage TEP-related inquiries from students and supervisors
Process monthly disbursements of stipends and allowances
Perform goods receipt for goods/services delivered to A*GA
Ensure timely updates to databases and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Participate as a team member in providing user requirements, conducting user acceptance tests, etc., for ad-hoc digitalisation projects and system enhancements
Carry out covering duties as a personal assistant to the Executive Director of A*GA
Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
**Job Requirements**:
Diploma holder / other relevant professional certification with at least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
Basic financial / accounting knowledge is preferred
Meticulous, self-motivated, and resourceful
Good interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with fellow colleagues
**Type of Employment**: Full-Time
