Under the department of Youth Science, we spearhead initiatives through local and international internships and outreach programmes to spur the passion for Science and Technology amongst students as well as to engage, attract and excite them to take up a career in Science and Technology.

You are a resourceful and motivated individual who is passionate about developing the next future generations of Science and Technology talents. You will work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve the outcomes of the various programmes. The ability to be agile and thrive in a changing work environment is a must

What to expect
Plan and execute the internship and awards programmes from upper secondary to undergraduates;
Review and enhance the internships and operations policy to ensure the relevancy and effectiveness in keeping up with the dynamic talent landscape;
As a programme manager to be involved in recruitment, selection, management and development of the ASTAR premium internship programme known as ARIA;
Work with internal and external partners to achieve the outcomes of the various award programmes, attachment programmes and continue to build on good partnerships with all educational institutes;
Engage senior stakeholders and awardees for awardees’ engagement/promotion activities
Be a speaker at promotional activities either through physical meetings or webinars
Collaborates with co-workers within AGA in systems/processes and marketing team to deliver the KPIs successfully

How to Succeed
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Resourceful and driven with high energy level
Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of higher education policies and their wider impact on Singapore will be an advantage
Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results-oriented.
Able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint)
