In view of the ever-growing demand, we are now looking to hire a Country Sales Manager position based in Indonesia
Key Responsibilities include:
- **Sales & Profitability**: Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned territory in Indonesia. You will also be responsible for cash targets.
- **Relationship Management**: Support and collaborate with dealers and ensure their needs are met. Monitor purchase patterns and behaviours and manage reviews and expectations on performance to ensure high share of wallet.
- **Business Expansion / Growth**:Work with partners to identify opportunities in various channels to promote the company's various brands.
- **Market Surveillance**: Provide timely and regular feedback on industry / competitive actions and trends as well as overall economy development.
- **Managing internal & external stakeholders**:Collaborate closely with both internal & external customers including marketing functions to launch new products as well as to determine local marketing campaigns that maximises the company's brand awareness
**Experience**:
- 8 years experience working independently and proven record of achieving sales targets and delivering business development growth concurrently.
- Past exposure in a MNC environment
- Experience in managing strategic key accounts with stakeholder engagement at CXO level
- University Degree
- Open to travel for business around 10% in a year
