Management Trainee

Ready to embark on an exciting journey in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry?

Learn the basics of how to grow sales and further build on our personal care and beauty categories i.e retailers of personal care and beauty products such as Supermarkets and Pharmaceutical stores. This role will work closely with the sales team and the Head of Sales, who will train and guide you on Key Account management of retailers and various sales strategy methods and analysis.

Learning and On-the-Job training opportunities:
You will be responsible in meeting your own sales targets and your allocated retailers sales targets.

You will learn how to achieve your monthly sales target, and how to prepare a sell-in proposal as well as forecast monthly stocks replenishment.

You will learn how to liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for sales orders and timely coordination of delivery to your allocated retailer.

You will learn how to handle customers’ inquiries & resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders

You will hone your interpersonal skills by maintaining and building good relationships with retailers.

Understand and be involved in order forecasting and inventory management.

Learn about trends, propose and execute promotion mechanics and special campaigns.

Learn how to prepare product listings, negotiate space buy and product placement with retailers.

Learn the key metrics of sales performance and prepare monthly sell-out report and campaign report.

Assist in channels in-store campaign set-up, merchandising and briefing to the frontliners such as promoters and merchandisers.

Ensure stocks are kept at an optimum level, and product displays are aligned with the principal guideline.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business is preferred or any other discipline
- Keen to learn about the FMCG
- Keen to build a career in the FMCG industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
