Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for achieving the highest level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers. Responsible for processing order information in a timely manner, system entries, proper coordination, and communication with customers and the internal Operations / Transport team.
Essential Job Functions / Duties:
- Handle all customer's orders through an automated system or manual channels.
- Work closely with operations/transport team to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Identify customer needs and handle customer enquiries and requests.
- Manage inbound and outbound delivery queries.
- Manage feedback and provide proper solutions within the service level, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance teams performance and work efficiency.
- Manage and maintain all controlled documents for the department.
- Provides office and administrative support.
- Willingness to continuously learn and embrace change.
- Other duties as directed from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- GCE “O” level / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business-related discipline
- Work experience in Customer Service or Operational background would be an advantage
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Pleasant personality, good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Possess positive working attitude with initiatives, good team player.
- Good knowledge and skills in MS Office & WMS
