Sales - SINGAPORE-FRASERS TWR(SGP) - Singapore - Evaluate the several risk and value components of the LNG Trading portfolio of trades (spot and term). - Manage the aggregate LNG portfolio risk position and execute hedging transactions on the derivatives market (on commodity and currency indexes) as per guidelines and trading instructions issued by the Head of LNG Trading. Trades are executed with external counterparties, with other Group Entities (TOTSA, SOFAX) and with other Total Gas & Power desks, in accordance with TGP risk and compliance procedures. - Develop LNG Derivatives Trading activity in Asia with regional external counterparts - Monitor the events affecting the life of the portfolio (changes related to ADP or 90-day scheduling, cargo allocations, SPA amendments, spot sales and purchases...), anticipate their impact in terms of risk and value. - Model the physical flexibility of the portfolio and extract value through dynamic hedging. - Aggregate market and portfolio information from external sources and its fellow LNG traders, and recommend the set of trading assumptions and its changes to the Head of LNG Trading and Risk Control (Mid/Back-Office), in particular “marks” to value LNG cargo shorts and longs. - In cooperation with the Spot Trading team in Asia, propose and evaluate physical trade opportunities. Particular focus on exotic opportunities involving complex pricing and optionality. **Context and environment** - The intense growth of the LNG market, coupled with the geopolitical environment, is quickly increasing its complexity (number and diversity of contracts, geographical and commodity exposures, volumes to manage), with a need to innovate in our Trading activity in order to capture value and manage the increase volume. - The LNG derivatives market in Asia is developing, creating new opportunities. TGP is a key actor in this development, via the activity of the LNG Derivative Trading team on the market. - University educated to master’s level in relevant topic. - Strong analytical skills with experience in trading systems and portfolio valuation techniques. - Good understanding of LNG industry, currency and commodity trading. - Experience in the financial or physical transactions within international natural gas markets is a plus. - High energy drive, strong communication and negotiation skills. A team player with the highest standards of business integrity.
