**Summary
To assist the Founder & CEO in corporate development & strategic initiatives, and day-to-day BAU support.
**Principle Accountabilities**
- Support the organization in strategic and organic initiatives
- Provide and facilitate internal communications, serving as a liaison within functions as well as requests in and out of the CEO’s Office
- Participate in senior management meetings and support senior management meetings with necessary communications, support materials and follow up on action items
- Oversee the preparation of reporting to senior management and external stakeholders including shareholders and the Board
- Conduct data-driven and qualitative analysis to provide recommendations
- Support M&A projects, investor relations, debt-financing and organic initiatives
- Conduct thematic research on market trends, competitor landscape, and client verticals
- Assist in financial modelling for financial projections
- Draft communications to strategic stakeholders such as investors, advisors, key clients, and partners
- Work closely with various business units to manage key operational dashboards and KPIs, including monitoring and reviewing progress
- Day-to-day BAU support in terms of expense clearing, and other administrative tasks
**Attitude & Attributes**
- Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or transaction advisory (Big 4)
- Strong Project Management skills, being organized and disciplined, showing attention to detail, and following up skills to ensure the right results.
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact and coordinate across different business units
- Highly flexible with strong aptitude and attitude towards willingness to learn
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Able to start immediately
