Uses deep End to End (E2E) supply chain and business knowledge from best-in-class international chemical industries to lead the regional logistics team enabling competitive and resilient services to customers under business dynamics.
- Assists business/functional clients to deliver E2E Value-Added Solutions (EVAS) providing service differentiation.

**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Utilizes E2E supply chain knowledge, diverse business knowledge, together with customer experiences and market intelligence to develop logistics strategies enabling business success according to business strategies and priorities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the E2E supply chain to create and optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
- Understand industrial leading practices and evaluate potential applicability or adaptation to enhance supply chain resilience.
- Lead team in the region to deliver not only run the business performance but also differentiated logistics solutions for business advantages.
- Lead team on Logistics Service Provider management and drives continuous improvement efforts between internal and external stakeholders
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and coaches others to learn these skills and implements best practices.
- Initiate and/or encourage improvement ideas and value creation from business and customer perspectives
- Ensure Most Effective Technology and ensure specific operating discipline requirements are in place.
- Initiate and/or leads change management
- Administer logistics contracts where needed to maximize benefits to the company.
- Support procurement tender negotiation and implementation with supply chain and logistics operational expertise

**Experience/Requirements**
- _Required education _: University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other Sciences
- _Required experience _: At least 6-8 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing Environment in the best-in-class international chemical industries.
- Proven experience in the leadership role to lead the team with span of control more than 5 with diverse cultures in APAC
- Proven experience with cross -functional working experiences in the Integrated Supply Chain with strong and diverse business acumen at regional perspectives.
- Proven experience with comprehensive business knowledge and strategic mindset
- Proven experience in End-to-End supply chain management with very good understanding in customers and markets.
- The critical competencies required for success are: supply chain management skills, interpersonal effectiveness, effective leadership skill, Operational and organizational change management
