As an** Application Support Manager,** you'll lead the technical integration of our software/ products in our client’s environment. Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto our client’s infrastructure (cloud and on-premise) and the technical support for Software and System upgrades.
**What skills you'll need as an Application Support Manager**:
- Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure
- Participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades
- Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task.
- If necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams
**Qualifications**:
- Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases.
- DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift.
- Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts.
- Basic knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc).
- Basic knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc.).
- Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq, Finnova, S2i, etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous.
- L3 support experience would be very valuable.
- Decent experience with information system troubleshooting.
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
