IT Desktop Support

Responsibilities

IT Desktop Support
- Support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals which includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.
- Troubleshoot problem areas timely and provide end-user assistance where required.
- Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new
- hardware installations.
- Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future hardware and organizational hardware needs.
- Conduct research on, and make recommendations for, hardware products in support of procurement and development efforts.

Information Security Compliance Officer
- Develop, review, and modify information security and privacy policies.
- Manage compliance testing and monitoring of current and future regulatory obligations, and other regulatory matters as required.
- Conduct internal security risk assessments and security compliance audits.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare reports required for senior management, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Document, investigate, and report cybersecurity compliance issues and incidents, where necessary.
- Lead the escalation and resolution of risk and compliance issues with appropriate stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field
- 3+ years of IT experience with a focus on security and compliance.
- Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management.
- Experience writing policies, procedures, and controls in one or more standards/frameworks.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols and network security methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk management processes.
- Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
