Assistant Manager, HR Talent Attraction

We seek a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction, to lead recruitment for our financial agents and onboarding. This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales hiring strategy, supporting TA-related projects, and building scalable recruitment processes for future platform enhancements (e.g., MyHR module reactivation).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Financial Agent roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner closely with distribution leaders and hiring managers to align talent strategies with business needs.
- Drive TA-related projects or rotational assignments like capability mapping, process redesign, or recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Support TA governance and compliance efforts, including preparation work for ATS reactivation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5'“8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to volume sales hiring.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive hiring strategy independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across functions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Experience in HR systems or recruitment platform implementation is a plus.
