Visa’s Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is accountable for end to end hiring across the region whilst providing thought leadership and consultative direction to our business. We are a diverse team dispersed across the region working in close collaboration with our business and community every day.
**What’s it all about?**
In your new role you will be the Asia Pacific Lead for creating and executing on talent attraction strategies/plans for all levels of talent from early careers to executive leaders. You will play a pivotal role in growing Visa’s employer brand in the region and help people understand why Visa is the best place to work for everyone, everywhere.
**What you will be doing, day to day.**
- Work with leadership to develop and implement employer branding/recruitment marketing, diversity hiring and talent strategies for our full organisation, from earlier careers to regional executives
- Collaborate with our Corporate Communications, Marketing and Global Talent Attraction teams to drive high-profile and impactful employer branding and recruitment marketing programs
- Develop a strategy for campus events, execute on events in partnership with the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team and develop ways for us to measure success and return on investment

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for?**
- A self-starter with about 10 years’ experience who is keen to experiment and create new ways of amplifying our brand and attracting diverse talent to Visa.
- Ability to present and influence at senior levels of the business
- An understanding of attraction programs, digital marketing, and innovation within the attraction space
- Previous experience of initiating and delivering diverse hiring campaigns
