In addition, we run a family medicine clinic. Our purpose is to achieve ‘health for life'; enabling healthy and fulfilling years by being a trusted partner of seniors and their families in our community. **Services**:Senior Day Care | Home Care | Nursing Home | Active Ageing and Senior Fitness | Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy | Family Medicine **Community Support**:CCMS (Community Case Management Services) | CREST (Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team) | Henderson Home **RESPONSIBILITIES** As an intern in the Talent Attraction Team under the Human Resource Department, this role plays an important part in promoting the company as an employer of choice and building a strong talent pipeline. This intern would learn and be responsible for hiring interns with necessary guidance to deliver the desired learning outcomes and business deliverables. **You would**: - Conduct initial screening calls or video interviews to assess basic qualifications. - Work with different departments to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies. - Help coordinate campus recruiting activities, such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events. - Assist in building relationships with university career services and student organisations to promote internships. - Perform any other tasks as requested by the Superior. **QUALIFICATIONS** **You are**: - An undergraduate specialising in Human Resource. All other courses are welcome as well. - Ready to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. - Strong in communication and possess stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in Google Suite Applications. **OTHER INFORMATION** This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd ("e2i"). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
