SQREEM is a fast growing AI Marketing and Insights Platform based in Singapore and serving global clients across multiple market sectors. We are currently seeking for a Media Client Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with global clients in multiple sectors to manage their digital communication efforts using SQREEM’s solutions. Execution and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns with the use of a range of techniques including SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Programmatic.
- Strong data analytical skills with the ability to present a convincing strategy and report using SQREEM's data.
- Build strong credibility backed by deep digital knowledge in marketing communications.
- Research new technologies and keep at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
- Ensure consistently high quality of project deliverables.
- Manage project financials to ensure delivery is executed on time and on budget
- Manage and work together with internal colleagues for effective execution and operation.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- A good communicator with the ability to identify your clients’ unmet needs and sell in relevant solutions.
- Leads, issues and conducts meeting
- Contribute to and author client digital proposals, recommendations and points of view
- Build relationships with day to day digital leads on the client side, as well as with clients' partner agencies.
- Participate in all client briefings, and articulate client needs and objectives to internal team members
- Be responsible for setting and delivering client KPIs while optimising cost of delivery for the company
- Develop and grow your team through performance management and giving consistent feedback
- Ensure over delivery of all agreed-upon performance digital KPI’s
- Support the leadership team in tracking and managing team staffing and resource allocation, and monitoring digital scope of work
- Seek out opportunities to grow existing digital business and drive organic growth across group of accounts
- Regularly track and report progress against financial goals/ targets across initiative and mediabands SBU's
- Participate and project manage in new business when required - either on prospective clients or organically from your own group of clients
- Commercial

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors
- 8+ years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising or Media (with a digital focus)
- 3+ years’ experience in leading, managing and developing a staff
- Ability to drive projects from conception to completion; project management experience
- Ability to make analyse and turn data into actionable insights
- Background in digital consulting, marketing, advertising or integrated communications
- Strong leader, presenter and packager of opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen
