**About the Discipline**:
The performance media marketing team is responsible for planning, optimizing, and shepherding direct response plans across the entirety of the customer journey. This includes integrated planning across paid search, paid social, programmatic, reservation, and emerging media platforms.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a Performance Media Director to join our growing Singapore team. As a senior member of our Performance team, you will be tasked with leading a team of talented people, planning & delivering Performance media based campaigns to one of the most respected and well-known brands in the world.

From impression to conversion, the Performance Media Director will deploy world class performance media knowledge, smart use of audience data, and industry-leading technology (secured through collaborative supplier partnerships) to enable 1:1 communication with our audience.

As a Performance Media Director your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the overall client performance media programs, including client relationship, strategy, efficiency and delivery on time and to budget, always considering the client’s return on investment.
- Work with the team to create exceptional and holistic digital media plans, rooted in performance objectives, across paid search, display, paid social, mobile, video and more.
- Understand the client’s KPIs and produce detailed & holistic forecasts rooted in performance objectives, across paid search, display, paid social, mobile, video and more.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of performance campaigns against targets.
- Highlight opportunities for innovation and improvement on the client account through media, marketing, creative, technological or process change
- Work with Client Services, Account Management and Platform Leads (Search, Social, Programmatic, Display) to identify resourcing needs on a quarterly basis.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure service and delivery expectations are being met.
- Regularly communicate with regional counterparts to create synergy in campaign strategy and approach.
- Establish your position as a thought leader, with demonstrable thought leadership including a deep awareness of biddable & programmatic platforms and industry trends.
- Involvement in global initiatives as part of the wider Performance team
- Work closely with Performance Analytics to ensure that all campaigns are being run and tested with the rigor needed to gain appropriate learnings.

**A bit about you**:

- An experienced and exceptionally talented individual, you will be passionate about digital media.
- 7-10 years’ digital media experience with 5+ years' experience focusing on search and/or eCommerce, showing a track record of leadership and business growth.
- Exceptionally strong team management experience (with at least 4 direct reports) & local agency/platform relationship management
- Knowledge of key trends in client, and digital, search and eCommerce market media dynamics
- In depth knowledge of competitive Search and eCommerce companies
- In depth knowledge of PPC Bid management tools
- Excellent understanding of search techniques (research and evaluation)
- Strong technical knowledge of the respective search engine platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Adwords, Baidu campaign systems
- Proven experience in running complex and effective performance media campaigns, which exceed client expectations
- Demonstrate the ability to present your strategic recommendations to external and internal clients
- Strong analytical skills. Able to analyze and draw conclusions from data and comfortable presenting quantitative information in a client context
- Eager to learn new concepts and challenge the existing business framework
- Effective written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
