**Senior Executive (Process Re-engineering / RPA) for Learning Solutions and Systems (Contract)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead initiatives in process re-engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will be responsible for analysing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and implementing automation solutions to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery of the learning initiatives of the organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyse and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals.
- Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Excel Macros, etc.
- Develop documentation including process maps, solution designs, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to business users on new processes and automation tools.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process improvement and automation.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the department.
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in process improvement and RPA development using UiPath.
- Certification in RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Certified Developer) and process re-engineering (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Experience working with.NET classes and objects
- Experience in markup languages (e.g. HTML, XML)
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g. C#, Python, Java, VBScript).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
