Claims Admin Support

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- **
- Support with Insurance claims processing within the required timeline and accurate documentations in the system;
- Ensure proper verifications and screening of medical bills in-line with policy information;
- Support claim officers in the requisition for payments on approved claims;
- Work closely with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements as and when required;
- Ensure all actions taken are according to business and regulatory compliance guidelines and highlight any potential concerns/risk promptly;
- Maintain high levels of awareness on regulatory standards and trends to understand the risk and best practices;
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- **
- Diploma/ Degree holder or Professional Insurance Certificate with at least 1 year of relevant accident and health claims experience;
- Prior experience in life claims will be an added advantage;
- Strong analytical, written and communication skills;
- Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
