**Role Description**

ADK Connect Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Social Media Manager / Social Media Content Specialist**to join our team.

In this role, we’re looking for a professional with a creative eye for content and strategic mind for social media to lead our client brands’ presence across platforms. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with our account management team and Creative Director on strategic planning and content creation to ensure our campaigns resonate with audiences, drive engagement, and align with business objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day social media activities such as scheduling, posting, community management, listening, and performance tracking and reporting.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with marketing goals.
- Identify and stay updated on trends, monitor competitors, and adapt best practices for desired impact.
- Produce high-quality video, visual, and written content for popular platforms, e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Plan, propose, and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting, and optimize content for specific platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic campaigns while ensuring content is aligned with broader initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
- Adhere to visual tone, copy tone, messaging and brand guidelines that will ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Use data to refine strategies and further optimize content for better performance.
- Leading and supporting pitch efforts, including making presentations to internal or client stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant and proven experience in social media management and/or content creation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and internal teams.
- Strong writing skills, visual storytelling, and the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think creatively to solve problems and meet client needs.
- Keen awareness of social media trends, emerging platforms, and pop culture moments.
- Proficiency with design and video editing tools, e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro etc.
- Sound understanding of platform-specific content strategies and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in using tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Brandwatch etc.
- Able to work independently and manage constructive feedback from internal and client stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Media Studies, or related field
