**Who You Are**:
You are a leader with a passion for data and a proven ability to guide and motivate a team of analysts. With a strategic mindset, you excel at aligning BI initiatives with overarching business goals. Your exceptional talent lies in translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for a diverse audience. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an unwavering attention to detail. An excellent communicator, you build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a solid grasp of business operations and key performance indicators.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the daily huddle with your team to prioritise tasks, troubleshoot roadblocks, and share knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their business questions and analytical needs.
- Mentor team members on complex data analysis, dashboard design, and the art of storytelling with data.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using our BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Present your findings and impactful recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our data warehouse and BI environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to keep our team at the forefront.

**Your Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
- Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- A proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that have had a positive impact on business performance.
