**Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division **is seeking to hire a
**Senior Industry Consultant**
**Singapore or Korea**.

As the
**Senior Industry Consultant **you will be working with the sales team to understand the customers business needs and develop a strategy to achieve the desired outcomes using Hexagon solutions. Conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers’ business practices, work processes, and technical environments to make recommendations based on Hexagon’s solutions will also be a key factor in establishing a plan for the customer. The nature of this position requires in-depth understanding of the day to day workings of major capital projects
**/**operating and maintaining a major facility.

Additionally, you will work with the customer to understand their business objectives, analyze and evaluate their needs and propose the end to end workflow and Hexagon’s solutions that will satisfy those needs in collaboration with relevant Solution Consultants. They will lead the understanding of the business requirements, define the “as is” and “to be” work processes for customers and thoroughly document and communicate how their outcomes are achieved through process improvement with Hexagon’s solutions. An Industry Consultant shall become the Strategic Advisor for customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development Support**:

- Drive building and growing pipeline of opportunities for Hexagon ALI in APAC.
- Responsible for driving initiatives required to support the growth of business in both Projects and O&M segments, working with sales teams in building account plans and identifying white spaces.
- Able to lead discussions on business outcomes and how Hexagon’s solutions could help them achieve these outcomes.
- Responsible for the adoption and execution of GTM (Go-To-Market) packages in both Projects and O&M segment.
- Ideation of high potential GTM packages for both Projects and O&M industry particularly related to Digital Twin that could help Hexagon capture market share.
- Work with marketing in building thought leadership pieces around industry challenges and way forward, in Project Execution and Operations & Maintenance with focus on Hexagon solutions.
- Be able to articulate the industry challenges and how Hexagon solutions can help address these for a customer/prospect.
- Deliver key campaigns, with the support of marketing, in the promotion of Hexagon’s solutions in driving digital transformation in Hexagon’s core industry.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants in establishing the value of Hexagon’s solutions.
- Engage with customers in both Projects and O&M segments at a business level to help define their roadmaps for digital transformation using Hexagon Solutions and act as their strategic advisor.

***Business Process Expertise**
- Provide Business Processes Expertise and the central point of contact for both Projects and O&M segments, particularly for Digital Twin and Digital Thread in the region for pre-sales engagements.
- Develop repeatable compelling content for Hexagon’s solutions, or to a specific client’s requirements with focus on business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of Sales proposals and estimates.
- Work with new and/or existing customers to define their requirements, qualifying the technical fit and defining roadmap together with other members of the opportunity team.
- Provide industry/business focused content for tenders and RFxs as well as assist with benchmarks.
- Work with Solution Consultants in providing feedback on the performance of GTMs in the field.
- Liaise with Industry Consultants in other regions for lessons learned and best practice sharing.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, seminars and user conferences and be capable of presenting thought leadership seminars.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of the challenges and outcomes sought by customers.
- Good working knowledge of engineering, operational and vendor data sets.
- Knowledge of engineering information management systems and platforms.
- Strong understanding of process optimisation, dynamics systems, relevant technologies and digital twin solution architectures
- Able to work in a team and to work independently with key clients as required including C-Suite executives.
- Confident in presenting to a group in a client environment as well as at shows and seminars.
