**WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented warehouse coordinator to receive products and check that they are in good condition. The warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that products are registered and packed correctly for shipping or storage.

To be successful as a warehouse Coordinator, you must be relatively fit and strong enough to lift boxes of products. A good warehouse Coordinator has excellent organizational skills.

**TYPICAL DUTIES**

**WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.

Accepts deliveries of company products and stores them accordingly.

Pack items in a methodical way and ships orders for delivery.

Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.

Record all received items in the computer system.

Reports and returns damaged product.

Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.

Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving.

**WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS**:
GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

Minimum 1- 2 years prior experience working in a warehouse.

Is detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.

Excellent organizational skills.

Must be capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking as necessary.

Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions and is able to observe these at all times.

Relative physical strength and stamina.

Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
